Our Carbon Offset Commitment
We are proud to contribute annually to Atmosfair, a nonprofit that helps offset carbon emissions created by companies around the globe. Atmosfair uses our ongoing contributions to develop renewable energies in developing nations to reduce carbon emissions in these countries.
We have chosen to contribute directly to Atmosfair’s Efficient Cookstoves, Nigeria project, providing families across Nigeria with energy-efficient stoves that save 31,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide per year. As of our 20th anniversary, celebrated February 1, 2022, we have donated enough to offset our entire historical footprint, dating back to 2002.
