Fine Tune

Fine Tune seeks operations support interns with a focus on invoice and billing management. Fine Tune is embarking upon the next stage of its growth, and we are looking for key contributors. Interns will support our operations team in the following areas:

• Vendor data collection and analysis
• Working with vendors to transition portal access or gain access to invoice data
• Supporting customer service efforts
• Process development and validation of AI tool use
• Special projects or intern-led initiatives: we want you to contribute and help us grow

You will work closely with key Fine Tune employees to implement billing and invoice management for our clients. We are looking for current Indiana University students in Bloomington, IN who are interested in working with data and have strong business acumen, experience using computer systems, and excellent communication skills to join our dynamic, growing team. Part-time positions are available in the operations support role.

Fine Tune accepts applications for interns on a rolling basis, and this position is consistently kept open. We typically hire interns a semester ahead of time (hiring typically occurs between August and December for the spring semester, or between January and May for the fall). We do occasionally hire mid-semester if openings exist.
