Job Overview

Fine Tune is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to assist the Program Manager in the Energy and Utilities Services category. This role will support the implementation and delivery of energy and utility bill-pay program management services for Fine Tune clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication with stakeholders. ​The Program Coordinator will contribute to process optimization, analytical tasks, and client interactions. ​This fully remote role requires US residency.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage client accounts to include onboarding new accounts, closing accounts, addressing invoice inquiries, facilitating payments, and resolving client concerns
• Support the management of billing transitions and resolve issues related to missing invoices.
• Support Billing Analysts in the timely management of bill processing and retrieval
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the seamless implementation of utility bill-payment program management
• Work closely with Program Manager in ongoing projects related to Bill-Pay management process optimization ​and implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or 5+ years’ relevant work experience
• 5+ years of intermediate-level Excel experience
• Basic understanding of the energy industry
• Familiarity with utility bill management and payment processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities​
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work remotely in a distraction-free environment
