The role you’ll play

The Director of Implementation role is directly tied to revenue generation for the uniform category. Utilizing our proprietary tools and software, the Director of Implementation will benchmark our clients’ uniform programs, recommend solutions and strategies to decrease spend and management time, and negotiate contracts on behalf of our clients with their suppliers.

This is a dynamic role for a mid-to-executive level professional with knowledge and experience of the uniform and industrial laundering industry.


What you’ll do

  • Review and discuss clients’ goals at the outset of engagement
  • Establish benchmark spend for our clients against which we will be measured moving forward
  • Look for leverage during the audit/initial benchmarking to use during negotiation process
  • Calculate savings opportunities and present to client
  • Recommend strategies to implement those savings to our clients
  • Negotiate contracts with various uniform vendors on behalf of our clients
  • Provide projected revenue to executives within Fine Tune


What we need

  • Uniform, industrial laundering or cleanroom experience (5+ years minimum)
  • Experience negotiating contracts
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to analyze and process information quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in revenue-generation positions
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • If remote, ability to work in a space free from distraction
